Good news for those who have been so surprised at the priority shipping charges. I've purchased first class box mailers and will be shipping now first class mail. It was just too much to ask my Canadian and European customers to pay so much for shipping. Even with me supplimenting the charges, it just was over the top. For those who want a priority shipping box and shipping, I will be happy to send you an invoice for the extra amount.

I have also found help in translating orders. I ship all over the world, and sometimes communication through email is difficult. Here's a wonderful tool, that you can choose your language and then translate it into English. I can also write in English, and have it translated into other languages. Please let me know what language you speak, and I will try to communicate to you in your language.

I know I will make it work, as I do love this STUNNING piece and will want to show it off. Twisted Sister's wire work is like no other. I have several of her pieces, and they are all, without exception, amazing and unique! Shipping is super quick too. Love her and everything she does!

5 out of 5 starsBeautiful Pieces that will be going on a cardigan VERY soon. not even 10 seconds after I purchased item the owner of the shop messaged me to ask if i wanted clips for the back with them , she sent me pictures of what she was talkign about and I thought about it for a min and said no thank you because I am ordering 3MM mini magnets on AMAZON to glue to the backs instead so that my Cardigans won't get ruined. SELLER IS AN AMAZINGLY KIND AND HELPFUL PERSON . This order is my second one and I will be a repeat customer just as I said in my Green Wings Pendant review .

She built my custom piece and sent photos as she completed different steps and sent them to me. Most jewelry makers start with raw materials, as do I. Wire in spools need to be cut and measured to appropriate length. -
For an eye frame, I work with 4 20 gauge wire, weaving all 4 for the first pass, turning the bottom 2. -
I weave the bottom 2, bend back 1, and then weave over 3, several passes to make the upper brows. -
I pass the 4th wire, back to make a base for the glass eye, glueing the eye in once finished work is done. -
Finished frame, with an eye waiting to be set.

Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders
YES! I do my own work, so I'll be happy to discuss what I do and what I don't or can't do. Much of my work is custom pieces, you can see many of those finished work on my Facebook page, www.facebook.com/twistedsisterarts
The time to make something will range from one day to two weeks. Usually 2 to 3 days will do it. Keep in mind, the older piece to copy, might not be able to be fulfilled due to ever changing stampings, and my paint is seasonable, when it's gone, it's gone.
When it comes to painting the glass eyes, I will be happy to try several tries to make your preferred color. Just don't ask me to match my kitty or boyfriends eyes, the paints I use don't lend itself to blending or matching.
Sizing details
I really try to post the size of the piece in a listing, if you don't see it in the description, point it out to me, I'm not perfect.
Care instructions
Most of my work is able to be washed with soap and water. That in mind, it won't take a swim or a soak in a hot tub, but general care is necessary to keep the piece intact.
Gift wrapping and packaging
I gift box my smaller pieces. I've got boxes up to 4x6 inches that fit in my packing boxes. I like the presentation and the fact that it will make a piece safer to send to you.
Wholesale availability
I've done some wholesale, who wouldn't like a big order to fill. Don't expect me to discount one or two items for one order. I understand the need to see a piece before placing a big order, contact me and I'll discuss it with you.
